Oceanic Photon Pro Men

Oceanic Photon Pro Men BCD

New for 2026, the Oceanic Photon Pro Men BCD is built for serious divers who want a rugged, high-lift BCD with a streamlined back-inflation design and a fit that can be tailored more precisely to the way they dive. Designed for regular local diving, heavier equipment setups, and more demanding conditions, the Photon Pro delivers the lift, durability, and adaptability needed for confident performance in the water.

The Photon series also includes the Photon Pro Women and the Photon Air, available in both men’s and women’s versions, giving divers the flexibility to choose the model that best suits their diving style, fit preference, and equipment needs.

Key Features

• Designed for Pros
Higher lift capacity, rugged construction, and a customizable fit make the Photon Pro a strong platform for local diving, cold-water diving, and carrying more weight comfortably.
• Quick Tank Swapping
The Stainless Steel TankTamer tank band makes tank changes between dives faster and easier, while also helping with smooth transitions between steel and aluminum cylinders.
• Modularity Reimagined
The Photon system is designed to evolve with the diver, allowing you to add color kits, accessory pockets, and customize your weight system without replacing your whole BCD.
• Infinite Adjustment
Independent harness positioning allows you to fine-tune the fit across the shoulders, hips, and back for a more personalized feel, especially when switching between wetsuit and drysuit configurations.
• Low Profile, Streamlined Performance
Its compact back-inflation wing and lightweight backplate design help reduce drag, improve horizontal trim, and make the BCD easier to pack and travel with.
• Serviceable Design
The Photon ecosystem uses shared, interchangeable components and accessories, making future service and replacement simpler and more cost-effective.

Technical Features

• Back-Inflation Wing Design
Low profile and less bulk for a smoother profile in the water, improved hydrodynamics, and easier packing.
• Ergonomic Harness and Waist Belt
Men’s-specific contoured shoulder straps and lumbar support help provide a more comfortable and supportive fit on longer dives.
• A.P.S. Adjustable Positioning System
Allows you to choose the shoulder-to-waist connection setting and fine-tune the fit to suit your body and exposure suit.
• Quick-Release Weight System
The QLR4 system is secure, easy to use, and integrates cleanly into the Photon BCD profile.
• Integrated Modular Attachment System
Detachable and adjustable components such as shoulders and weight pockets adapt to the shared rigid Photon frame, giving you more flexibility as your setup changes.
• Durable Materials & Construction
Built with heavy-duty 420D nylon, welded seam technology, and corrosion-resistant metal hardware for long-term durability.
• Increased Lift Capacity
Designed to handle heavier tanks and gear while helping you stay balanced and buoyant underwater.
• Efficient Inflator Design
A compact, low-profile inflator with intuitive controls allows easy inflation and deflation without adding unnecessary bulk.

SIZING WALK-THROUGH

Each Photon BCD features broad size adjustability, allowing you to tailor the fit more precisely to your body shape. This is especially useful when moving between wetsuit and drysuit setups.

• Adjustable Shoulder and Waist
Shoulders and waist offer wide adjustment ranges from XS to XXL for men.
• Men’s-Specific Shoulder Design
The men’s version is contoured to better match male anatomical geometry, while still using the same shared Photon core frame for full accessory compatibility.
