ShopeeDive is an authorized dealerfor every brand we carry (Cressi, Aqualung, Scubapro, Apeks, Shearwater, Suunto, Mares, Halcyon, and others). Every product ships with the manufacturer's original warranty — typically 2 years for regulators and electronics, lifetime for some BCDs and masks.

• Keep your order confirmation — it's your proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear, water intrusion from user error, or impact damage.
• For a claim, contact us with the order number and a photo of the issue.
• We handle the return to the manufacturer for you — no need to deal with the brand directly.
