30-day return window. Unused gear in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Wetsuits and booties can be tried on over clothing but not worn in water.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Final sale items: clearance products, custom-cut wetsuits, prescription masks, and cylinder-fill services are non-returnable.
