It allows divers to set a target maximum dive depth, which in turn sets up a series of progressive warm-up dives. These warm-up dives let the body acclimatise and prepare for deeper dives, optimising blood flow to protect the lungs from strain and minimise the risk of injury.With a marine-grade stainless steel bezel and a tough silicone-polyamide strap, this watch is rated to 120 metres.
